We have a brand new construction home and the window that the builders provided to us in our living room was one big space - but separated into three mini windows. It really broke up the space and affected the view of our preserve in our backyard. We contacted at least 5 companies about removing the three mini windows and replacing with a large picture window. It wasn't until Rocky came to our home for a quote were we able to find the right company!! No other company was willing to do the job. We knew it would be a bit of a delay due to the specialization of what we wanted - but it was well worth it!! We absolutely love our window and the process was extremely smooth. We highly recommend STH Windows and will use them again for any future projects we might have!

This company is something else! Schedule an appointment for an estimate with Rocky, he was a NO CALL NO SHOW! After waiting around for him to show up half the day, I called him and he stated he has "covid'. While I can sympathize with his predicament as somebody who has an appointment schedule a quick courtesy call, text, or email from him or someone else in the company would have been nice instead of wasting my time waiting around for half of the day.. Bottom line, he had no intentions of calling. He seems like a decent person so I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and even sent him measurements and photos of the windows myself to try and get a quote, that didn't go to plan, so after waiting several more weeks we scheduled for him to come out for an accurate quote. Today, 9/20/2021 I emailed him to confirm our 11:00 AM appointment and receive this response " You never replied to my email when I said that Monday was the only day. You just went silent. It feels like I am unable to meet your timelines with you. I believe another window company is a better choice for you." Basically a nice go fu*k yourself. Never received that email. Regardless, any true professional would confirm an appointment!!! Glad I didn't waste anymore time waiting around just to be disappointed again with STH Windows. It's a true blessing in disguise I didn't go with this company. I'm happy that Rocky showed his true colors before I gave him a deposit. I can only imagine the nightmare it would be getting them to actually come out if I had a problem after the installation..
