They got back to me right away, came to measure, and gave me an excellent bid for the replacement window. They placed a special order for the window! When it arrived, they installed it within a few days. It only took them an hour to install the window, and they left the area clean. I love the new window. Donna GriffinWe received a referral for STH Windows and Doors from Facebook. I would highly recommend! Their communication is impeccable and they are extremely timely. Although our door was on back order because of Covid-19, they kept us informed the entire way! Brooks, one of the owners, did our estimate and installation; he is so approachable and willing to answer any kind of question. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we weren't told we needed to buy our own trim kit because our door didn't come with one. Not their fault... I just wish we were informed. Other than that THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!
