They got back to me right away, came to measure, and gave me an excellent bid for the replacement window. They placed a special order for the window! When it arrived, they installed it within a few days. It only took them an hour to install the window, and they left the area clean. I love the new window. STH replaced all the windows in my home and two sliding glass doors. They provided the service at the price quoted. We were replacing our floors at the same time and STH installed our doors on a SUNDAY so that the flooring contractor would not be delayed. Great guys and service!
